1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Let’s Print That website (“the Service”), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service
Let’s Print That provides an online platform for the customization, production, and sale of printed products, including but not limited to apparel, accessories, home goods, and promotional items. Users may upload designs, select products, and place orders for manufacture and delivery.

3. User Accounts

  • You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account.

4. User Content and Designs

  • You retain ownership of any designs, images, or content you upload (“User Content”).
  • By submitting User Content, you grant Let’s Print That a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders and operating the Service.
  • You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to use and reproduce all User Content and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.

5. Prohibited Content
You agree not to upload, order, or distribute content that:

  • Violates any law or regulation;
  • Infringes trademarks, copyrights, patents, or other intellectual property rights;
  • Is defamatory, obscene, hateful, pornographic, or harassing;
  • Promotes illegal activities or violence;
  • Contains unauthorized personal data or likeness of individuals without consent.

Let’s Print That reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these provisions.

6. Ordering, Payment, and Pricing

  • All prices are listed in the currency specified on the Site and are exclusive of taxes and shipping fees unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made at the time of order placement via the available payment methods.
  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information.
  • Orders are not binding until accepted and confirmed by Let’s Print That.

7. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

  • Production times vary by product and are estimates only.
  • Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
  • Let’s Print That is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or inaccurate shipping information provided by you.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

  • Customized products are made to order and generally non-refundable unless defective or incorrectly shipped.
  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, notify us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
  • Cancellations may be requested only before production begins; once production starts, orders cannot be canceled.

9. Intellectual Property

  • The Service, including its design, text, graphics, and software, is owned by Let’s Print That or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without prior written consent.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, Let’s Print That shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or products.
  • Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
