- Defective or Incorrect Items: If your product arrives defective, damaged, or not as ordered (wrong design, size, or product type), you are eligible for a replacement or a full refund.
- Custom Products: All personalized/custom-made products are produced specifically for you and are therefore non-refundable unless they are defective or incorrect as described above.
- Non-Custom Items: If we offer non-customized products (e.g., blank items or standard merchandise), these may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided they are unused and in original packaging.
3. Timeframe
- You must report any issues with defective or incorrect items within 14 days of the delivery date.
- For eligible non-custom returns, the item must be shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery.
4. How to Initiate a Return or Refund

5. Refund Process

6. Non-Returnable Items

- Items returned after the 14-day window.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
7. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled only before production begins. Once production starts, cancellations are not allowed.
